The terms for using Metatron, the AI surface. There is no charge for the main page today.
The service
Metatron is an AI engine operated by Clifton Morris, an individual trading as Metatron Mind, of PO Box 73, New Plymouth, Idaho 83655, United States. There is no separate registered entity. It answers questions by looking things up in a store of documents and showing where the answer came from. It is provided as-is; the main page is free to use and no price has been set for it.
Accounts
You may use the engine as a guest. Some tools and saved memory require an account. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person; do not share access.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to harass or harm anyone, to attempt to extract another person's data, to attack or overload the service, or to misrepresent AI output as verified fact. Automated scraping of the service is not permitted without written permission.
AI output
The engine cites sources because interpretation is fallible. Output is not professional advice — medical, legal, financial or otherwise — and it can be wrong. Check the cited source before acting on an answer. You are responsible for how you use the output.
Your content
You keep whatever rights you have in what you send. You give us permission to process it to answer you and, if you enable memory, to keep notes for you. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising. Do not upload material you do not have the right to use.
Availability
No uptime guarantee is made. The service may change, pause or be withdrawn. Maintenance and rate limits may interrupt it.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided without warranties and our liability is limited to the amount you have paid to use it in the last twelve months (which may be zero).
Ending use
You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or another person at risk.
Changes
If these terms change, the effective date changes. Continued use after a change means the new terms apply.
